In good condition. Will fit 2006-2011 325, 328, 330 and likely other cars with the n52 engine. This intake allows the engine to breath better, and also allows for much quicker access to the filter element (don't need to take the whole box out).

I bought it new from ECS a few years ago. One of the mounting tabs has a chip in it - this seems common. Will include a brand new filter as well.

I bought it for $450, yours for $150 (firm) for local pickup. I can ship as well if needed - will calculate exact shipping (buyer would pay).
