Cleaning/Polishing Polished lips?

Whats goin on,

My wheels will be here monday and i want to drop a coat of somethign on the wheels that will slow down the accumulation of brake dust. Whats the best stuff that i can pick up at a local store? Wheel wax maybe? Whats the best stuff to remove the dirt and dust without scratchin or hazing up the lips? FYI i have polished lips with brushed centers

Thanks guys
