Can I bleed the brakes with ISTA+? If not what software should I use for my E70. INPA does not like my E70.

Thanks for the reply. The links pointed me in the right direction. Brake bleeding is not under Brakes .

In ISTA+ go to vehicle management / service function / chassis and suspension / traction control / brake bleeding routine / brake bleeding procedure. This option will be grayed out unless you let if you let ISTA+ perform a full vehicle test first.

I performed the procedure on all 4 wheels and the pedal is now firmer. The only concern I have is I did not pressure flush them as I don't have a pressure flush unit. I used the pedal to flush. Step 1 says "Connect the brake fluid-change unit and switch on (the filling pressure must not exceed 2 bar)". Step 5 forces fluid out with the DSC pump so I think I am still fine.

What kind of tool/hardware (brake-fluid change unit) do you need to connect and where in order to perform this?

I've only done brake bleeds the manual way.
