Bluetooth streaming and back up camera E90 w/ Nav

I'm sure this topic has been beat to death, but I'm looking for guidance on how to reprogram or retrofit my 2011 (6/2010 build) with Bluetooth streaming. I've seen post saying things about idrive and comboxes, but I don't know where to start. I have OEM navigation, DVD player, and telephone over Bluetooth, but I can't stream music over Bluetooth.

Also, has anyone been able to retrofit a back up camera to display on the navigation screen?

I have telephone over Bluetooth yes.

combox programming and maybe bluetooth antenna's for streaming(if you already have the combox you may need programming only for
that feature)
programming for camera and camera hardware or

Upgrade the entire idrive to NBT evo system.
plus camera streaming is integrated in that system.
