Will the ! Mark on the dashboard be gone with installation of a new sensor? How many brake sensors in total? 4?

I generally do a sensor-delete when I do pad replacement. Since I have the wheels off at least twice a year for winter changeover, I have no need for pad wear sensors.
The procedure is simple: - cut the cable - splice the two wires together and insulate with electrical tape - zip-tie securely to the strut |
