I've just installed a set of front M3 control arms and H&R springs and shocks which lower the car ~1.2 inches over stock non-sport package height. There are various M3 control arm alignment specs floating around, but I haven't seen any specs for a lowered car on M3 control arms. Having the car lowered does affect the alignment specs you need, right? I know nothing about alignment if someone could direct me to where I can learn more that would be good.

For the front, get as much negative camber out of it as you can and match that number in the rear. With the addition of Dinan Camber Plates I run -2.0 front/-1.4 rear...you'll likely end up somewhere around -1.5 up front, max; hence my recomendation to match that in the rear.

Toe should be easy...I run 1/16" total up front, 3/16" total in the rear.

That was a great link, I really appreciated that it also discussed street cars since mine will never see the track, but frequently be driven spiritedly when conditions allow.

If I'm correct camber can't be adjusted beyond what the M3 control arms give us and any rotation of the strut mounts if I cared to cut the nipples off. I have no idea about the rear. Since I don't track it and most of my driving is done under 60 MPH I don't think a ton of camber should be necessary.
