Yeah try to see if you'll get the same problem. Maybe you won't. In case, maybe you can try to cut the circumference of each wrap on the sensor but don't remove the wrap. Just stick it down. Normally the sensor is going off when the wrap is not sticking flat since the sensors are a bit depressed creating some tiny space between wrap and face of the sensor.
