I use Zaino Leather in a Bottle, and keep everything else tidy with a vacuum and a wipe down with a chamois. I use a feather duster to get the dust off the iDrive screen and instrument binnacle and other hard to get to crevices. This also prevents scratches on the perspex covers for the instruments and iDrive that you can otherwise get if you wipe them down with a cloth...

For the wood trim, windows and other shiny bits, I use this microfibre cloth designed to clean windows without leaving streaks. The wood trim comes up like it has been polished afterwards, it is amazing.

I keep a small microfiber towel in the car and use to wipe down the trim, etc. For actual UV protection/cleaning I'm in a debate right now. I'm considering 303 or Poorboys. I will probably use Poorboys since it has a matte look afterwards, keeping the new BMW appearance. I don't want it to look like a smeared some cheap stuff on my dash.

I'm using a damp microfiber towel for doors and dashboard, shop vac for the floor (and have the small took kit for the tight spots) and using Lexol products for cleaning and conditioning the leather.

I'm sure there are better options, and plan to try 303 or Poorboys as mentioned above.

I usually start off with the 80-120 grit medium to remove all the burrs and such then gradually move to 360-600 grit super fine to finish....

... seriously:

Stoner's Invisible Glass is the best glass cleaner I've tried yet. I use Zymöl leather cleaner on the leather, 303 (really not that shiny) occasionally on the plastic but usually just dust with a vent brush or dry microfiber, and a 10:1 dilution of Home Depot High-Traffic carpet cleaner (Picus's recommendation) on the floors.

Tough door / sill scuffs come off with a melamine block ("Magic Eraser").

+1 on the microfiber towel. I leave a small one in the car at all times. I just use a damp one for the seats, wood trim and other things. For the dash I use armor. For the windows, windex and paper towels. And just a small vaccum for the carpet mats.

No doubt beige is harder to keep clean than black!!! But well worth it IMO
