Hi everyone. I'm very excited to say my wife and I are expecting our first child, and I'd like to have an X3 or X5 for reasons of utility.

As a result, I'm putting my car on swapalease. It's absolutely immaculate, and has less than 7k miles. I ordered it from the factory w/ only metallic paint and the sport package. I swapped out the run flats at 2k miles w/ Pirelli P Zero Nero M+S. I'm obviously including the run flats, and I also did a break in oil change at the dealer at 1,200 miles. The car has NEVER had anything less than SUNOCO 94 octane fuel in its tank, regardless of price. I'm a fanatical owner/enthusiast.

The payment does include tax (6% MI. the actual payment w/o tax is like $398 or something), but may differ slightly depending on your state's sales tax %. I would like $1,500 at transfer (no offers), and you'll need to pay the BMWFS transfer fee of $450.

There's about 16 mos. left on the original 2yr., 10k mile yr. lease. You can do about 850 miles a month on the remaining original lease, and buy additional miles at $.20/mile. This is an amazing deal, as I put down $5k at the inception. Obviously the car has a full warranty and free maintenance through the entirety of the lease.
