Please help DIY gone wrong.

I hardwired my Valentine 1 today.
followed all instructions. when i started the car a SOS striked off symbol came.
and then when i stop and started it again it was fine.
to test i pressed the SOS button and the person who spoke to me said that he is only able to get my voice not the vehicle information so he asked me to visit the dealership on monday.
now will the dealer find it my fault since i hardwired my radar detector ?
or anything i could do make it work

sometimes the cars wont work properly with the SOS..ive had a few cars that wouldnt send car data during SOS test calls..

I wish that is the case. and these guys fix it without blaming it on me.

I read the manual and it said how to setup the bmw assist.
followed the steps and now they get everything.
so basically either my dealership did not set it up at all or the recent software update made it forget the settings.
however now i have the valentine One and also the assist working.
thanks to this forum to have helped me out in this and probably this thread might be helpful to someone who might later see a problem like this
