rant: Forgestar f14 offsets

I've been looking for some used wheels for a few months now searching Craigslist everyday. I found a set of f14 for a killer price and because it was Craigslist I didn't want it to slip away so I went after work to check them out. I got off late so I pretty much had to see them with a flashlight in the dark. I know I know. Bad mistake...but I really wanted wheels and after looking through countless albums I always wanted that super concave look.

Anyway the rears were pretty concave but overall pretty beat up. He took off a tiny bit more from the price (which was a steal anyway) and I bit the bullet.

Checking them out again I measured the offset of rear to be 19x10 +22. With that offset I thought the wheels should be Super deep concave however they only look like they're deep concave.

So now I'm kinda unhappy with the size and no one would really want beat up wheels. What would you suggest me to do?

Looking at the condition of them, I'd have runout testing done on them before anything else. If they pass, powder coat them and run them.

Since the SDC came out the regular F14s never looked the same again. Fix them and sell them. You will never be happy.

I hate to say it but I have to agree with NYBulldog, if you want SDC these will just not cut it in the long run.

Oh I thought SDC came out st the same time.

I just dont understand how some people run 19x10 with higher offset but they look more concave.

Sell them and buy something else.
F14 are crap on bad roads.
I cracked 3 of 4 on Calif. roads.
Never buy Forgestar.

You'll definitely need to roll, will probably need to pull a tiny bit as well depending on what tires you get. I'm rolled and slightly pulled, run a stretched (265) PSS on a 10x19 ET+25 in the rear, and get minor rubbing over larger dips/bumps. That said, PSS is one of the wider tires you can get...I think Nitto NT05's (or something like that) have narrow shoulders from what other members have said. I hope you don't drive passengers around in your backseats too often
