possibility of rust??
Last night, our family went out for a dinner. As usual, I parked as far as possible from the car next to mine. I was ready to get off after checking to see if there is any hazard that could harm my car. As soon as I opened my car door, the big gust of wind blew and in a split second my car's door swung onto the car next to mine.

I applaud you on doing the right thing. And yes, the OEM paint pen will do a very good job on your chip. It won't be 100% perfect, but enough for you not to lose sleep over.

if it's through the paint and leaves metal to show, yes, it can rust. but this is easily fixed, either as noted above using an OEM paint pen or have it painted professionally.
