Anyone have insight about warranties from "The Warranty Group"?

Does anyone have or had a warranty with The Warranty Group through Carmax?

I purchased an M3 with a transferrable Carmax warranty through "The Warranty Group" and its taking forever to get it transferred. They prefer snail mail when sending in the transfer request form and transfer fee. Which I have already done on the 17th of this month.

I'm trying to find out if it can alternatively be done over the phone or online somehow but no luck. I've sent them a couple of emails but they respond with one-liners and arent very helpful at all.

Has anyone dealt with this/them before?

Anyone who uses snail mail is intentionally being difficult to slow everything down.

"they prefer" or they will only accept? in any case get ready for a great time in the event of any actual warranty claims.

Just received an email saying the transfer was complete. I guess it all worked out, lol.
