Putting a stock exhaust on in place of PE

Hello,

I have two 2011 335 E90s. One has performance exhaust and the other has stock. I would like to swap the two.

I was wondering about the specifics of putting the stock exhaust back on. My understand is there is cutting involved in going stock->PE. And then the PE clamps on.

Are there clamps that could work for the stock exhaust going back on?

Thanks!

Garage List
Take the PE off first and look

You cut two pipes then clamp it on

You will need two more clamps for the stock muffler when it goes back on

You can keep the one between the mufflers where it is since the stock ones are welded together.
Alternatively, buy downpipe gaskets and swap the entire cat back. This leaves the currently stock one whole.

Perfect thanks! Won't be long until the nice sounding car isn't full of carseats!
