CSV Higher-speed spare in e92?

Curious if anyone has picked this up? Looks like the bolt pattern fits, but I'm curious how it might fit on the hub. I like the better speed rating on this, not that I plan on speeding my way to the repair shop but I think it may provide a better option than traditional limp-mode spares:

Will this fit an E90 center hub properly? On the positive side of things, it is aluminum which makes it lighter. Also, its 18" rim so it will have a better chance of clearing a big brake kit. But don't quote me. I have the E60 17x4 wheel and know it will have issues with a big brake mod.
