JB4 boost (acceleration) cuts every 2 seconds

I installed a JB4 on my stock 335ix. Everything works ok (like stock) on map 0. I tried map 1 and map 5. When accelerating more than 2/3 full throttle, boost seems to cut (or at least acceleration is less intense) every 2 seconds during 0.5 seconds.

What should I check ?

To be precise, I connected the fuel pressure connector. It does not change anything.

Problem is present whatever the gear from 1000 to redline

First step in any diagnostics is to record a data log of the issue.
