BMW Customer Service non existent

More of a rant than anything, my car's been in the shop 4 times over a month for the same sunroof malfunction and still the problem persists. BMW NA absolutely useless, they do their survey apologize for the inconvenience, but in the end I have to take time out of my work day to go and drop of the car. Personally, I came from a japanese car background and their reliability was never in question. Now the car is being taken in for little rattles from the seat belt clip or malfunctioning adaptive headlights, cheap interior panel peeling, this is my first European car and to be quite honest I expected more quality from them. I am a fan of the 3-series heritage and BMW motorsports behind all their vehicles, but seriously cost isn't the issue that's bothering me its getting some quality work done that seems to be the problem, for gods sake it's a 2006 it's not an old car. Maybe I just better get used to it.

Thanks for reading.
