some people use the PC for the pro detailers here and a noob (me) use a rotary polisher. If you read up on detailing, rotary > PC. PC is a good start though because it's so safe to use. But then if you want a PC and you're willing to spend a little extra, many good things have been said about the Flex dual action (sorry don't remember the model) here and on other forums

As for the OP, it looks interesting, but I seriously doubt it's a permanent fix. It's probably a fill in like ScherSpeed noted earlier

I wouldn't buy anything from Billy Mays. That reminds me of the ad for GS27 scratch remover, anyone remmber that? I tried it, didn't work, piece of shit, end of story.
