I'm up in Utica, like 5 and a half hours from long island. Its a 3 stage, it has 2 additional holes for the actuators. The third hole is not pictured but its below the top most hole. Let me know your zip and i can get a close estimate to shipping if your still interested.

Sorry, I meant for the air hose, is there one port for the air return line or are there two? They're located on the "tube" that goes below the throttle mounting position. My zip is 11576

Just to clarify what I as saying in the last post, yes its a double you would need a double ended breather tube to run it, i wouldn't recommend plugging anything being you can buy one for $20. My 2007 n52 came a double ended connected to my manifold so i never needed a replacement to do a swap to a 528i manifold because I was lucky enough that the breather didn't shatter. Some 3 stage manifolds are single ended but I'm not sure exactly which or what the benefit is.
Heres a link to the breather tube i believe would be the correct one: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Brand-New-3...ZZXiAh&vxp=mtr |
