Opinion on yellow fog light bulbs

Just thinking of something different for my e 93 - 335i, contemplating some nokya hyper yellow fog light bulbs. I have never used yellow fogs, so I don't know weather or not they are as effective as the halogen bulbs I am used to. I also think they look kinda cool, what are your thoughts.

I have a set of yellow bulbs for my fogs and they look great. I love them.

Yellow fogs are actually very functional. I used to do it on other platforms but stayed with 4300K on this car.

Good to know that you do not give up functionality, I just wonder about adding a third color of light to the front end, HID's, halogen halo rings, and then yellow fogs.

The yellow allows for better contrast on the road.

Halogen Halo Rings? Blasphemy, you must upgrade now

I tried to upgrade the halos, bought some led halo bulbs (not from your company) shredded my hands trying to install the first side, got it installed, tested it, it failed instantly. Reinstalled the original bulb. Not worth the trouble.

I have HPB 240W LEDs for my angel eyes from Jeff and they match with my HID's perfectly. The yellow fogs add a very nice contract to the white light from the halos and HID's. I'm totally in love with that look, which is functional and quite unique at the same time. Some may say it's a JDM look but I don't really care. It works for me!

My yellow bulbs are made by Eurolites. It's probably some knock off brand but the shop I went to didn't have Nokya. Turns out they look great, just as good as the Nokya ones from what I can tell. No pics with me, but I will take some and upload when I get a chance.

That's unfortunate to hear. A good brands upgrade won't give you that much trouble but it is a tight install, especially if you aren't familiar.

After installing dozens and dozens myself, I can usually install them in about 5-10 minutes.

JDM look? Yellow lights are very much a European, especially French thing.

Ive tried the yellow fogs on my truck (Ford Expedition 3rd gen), but while it looked kinda cool....I couldnt see jack shit.

No thx, returned to amazon.

Went with sealed LED projector assemblies (Chinese knockoffs for 50 bucks) instead, and omfg.... now I feel like it's the bimmer that doesnt put out enough light (stock LCI bixenon + halogen fogs).

240 watt LED???

I have a seriously hard time believing that number... on my other vehicle, a Ford truck, I mounted some *18* watt backup lights, and that shit is obscenely powerful and lights up the whole street

Even a reflection of 240 led watts would deep fry your retinas imho

Just another crummy cell phone shot but you can see they still shine alright. Stock halogen bulbs

Had yellow fogs for a couple of years...thought it was pretty cool until they burned out and replaced them with stock colors. Impartial to either one...

They are 240 Watt for sure but that is total power of both bulbs. We are an authorized HPB dealer and I have the same 240W Angel Eyes on my personal vehicle as well as everything else they sell, interior kits, all other exterior bulb upgrades, etc.

I have 80 Watt bulbs in my corvette tail lights, they are brighter then the sun and when I hit the brakes, people know!

240 watts of LED is patently ridiculous.... that's a goddamn growlight for a massive weed plantation, not a foglight.
