matt Blk Vinyl wrapped kidney grills
well....I was just about to place an order through **********s to order some matte black grills as I have now tried two different types of matt blk spray paint...which all of chipped.!!!
So....just before i did....I thought...."hmmm...wonder if the vinyl would work??" I had several chunks left over from doing my window trim and after two hours....i got er done!!! Looks great...but a bitch to do, however like the window trim the trick is to go slow, show patience and it will work out. heres a pic: ps: also removed my front licence plate...damn...sure makes the front end look so much better!!

haha i did the same...it only took about 45 mins though. I took apart the grills, made things alot easier. set an outline of the grills on the vinyl, cut the center out, used a hairdryer to "wrap" the vinyl around and done. Got one small tear on one, might redo it if i ever have the chance.
