First off, I'd like to thank a few people who've helped me get into this.
FMINUS, thanks for the stuff and light bits of advice! George@DetailedImage, your site is great. I'll be shopping there often from now on. Clay Magic is the best clay bar I've used so far! AoshichanX, thanks for everything, sharing your wealth of knowledge on everything detailing! From the process, to the products, to finding deals for me. I owe you biggggggggggggggg! Now for materials CG CWG CG Grime Reaper Degreaser for engine bay (I used this on the engine bay, but I forgot to take pictures of the engine bay. It still looks a bit dirty though.) Clay Magic Fine Grade Clay Bar Clear Kote Quik Detailer Menzerna PO106FF Hitachi rotary polisher Jetseal 109 Stoner Invisible Glass Wheels CG CWG - degreaser Clay Magic Clay Bar Klasse AIO I will be putting Liquid Soveran Wax on there tomorrow. It got way too cold, foggy, and I got hungry haha. BEFORE        what the hell SpecC? your car is dirty!!! After wash  The swirls are very light, and it was hard to capture them with my crappy camera. I need a UV light!   What my friends were doing while I was polishing   After Jetseal       yes this is a scratch and yes i am an idiot driver to do this       That's it for the tC! Now let's see what's coming next week...    |

update: i need a UV light cause i saw swirls on my hood but nowhere else this morning
damn that polishing step is hard |

okay guys, i have a new secret. i didn't actually do anything but stick myself in a time machine... my E90 became an E36

You forgot your clay buddies.
  But yeah, that actually does look pretty nice; you need better pictures though  Also, halogen lights will show swirl marks as well, I have a couple of work lights that I could've brought over but I didn't.
