So I decided to try to make a custom tablet bracket after hours of research i came up with this. Influenced by the Bmw Garmin Mount and some other popular e90 video where he used GoPro quick release belts

I used 3m double sided tape to mount my tablet to the clip.
It’s not as sturdy as I would like it to be...and I’m trying to replicate the Garmin gps portable clip I’m looking for a clean finish. Any ideas on how to make my mount more sturdy? I know it can be done without spending 60 bucks for the clip and wires I don’t need I’m also using a Samsung Galaxy tab a 8 inch

Thinking about cutting the dash a bit and fabricating the bracket to mount like this but the edge to mount feels flimsy imo
