N54 Full Bolt On Aftermath

Guys so I did the MMP silicone inlet relocation upgrade on my 07 335i e90 with MMP outlets as well. I now hear a major amount of wastegate rattling and i get irregular boost along with alot of wastegate or possible scraping noise coming from possibly turbos. I get no boost over half throttle and very little boost at full theottle in the freeway or more in more cases 6th gear.

I initially befan with running no vacuum canisters and just line but now that i have reut them back on I still get the same stmptoms. Anyone have any idea what this is? I just spent alot of time taking off subframe and doing my oil pan gasket all at the same time. I dont mind doing it again but it is a pain in the neck and I just want to approach it with the right idea here.

Make sure all your clamps are tight, that could be our rattle with added bonus of boost leak. I dont see vacuum cans doing this. I havent had them so long they surprise me when i see them in other 35's.

This.

Thread: "I made mass changes to a properly running vehicle and now it doesn't run right. What could be the problem?"
Anyone with sense: "It's likely something to do with moon phases."

Or queue the "check your blinker fluid" posts.

OP, you made the changes, you should be able to track it down and resolve it. We have no idea what else you touched, removed, swapped, etc, so anyone making uneducated guesses without seeing logs, or standing over the engine bay to view potential problem areas isn't going to be able to help you.

Don't listen to those guys....I know what's wrong, your intakes are 180 degrees off, and the wastgates are missing the rubber bump stops. Since the rubber is missing, most just upgrade to the polyurethane . There called wgrbs.

Yeah I noticed waste gate rattle only gets louder from what I heard dp's have something to do with it. I tried to squeeze in some peaks but still noticed vacuum lines connected into wastegates. One thing though is I did get rid of the solid lines that run over/across the valve cover into the brake booster. I'm going to try some more solid lines to see if they can act as the oem ones because the lines that come with the kit i just feel are super soft and squishy and just might be either expanding or compressing too much.
For those actually posting helpful replies thank you so much. And for those that are just here to smart mouth people who know less, I hope all 6 of your injectors start failing.

I seem to have boost now that I wiggled almost every electrical connection but it really seemed to have done it when i re-secured the connection to the fan shroud. I'm assuming system will cancel out turbo function if it doesn't detect something like a fan shroud connected properly.??

Other than that waste gate rattle is louder than ever. What possible coupler or aftermarket adapter would you recommend to properly secure the connection from MMP, outlets to ARM intercooler with OEM entrances.?
A little scared on manifolds possibly burning through my inlets.
