Does my jb4 log seem right? Please chime in
Hey guys so I just I have a jb4 g5 with a backend flash, running map 5 on estimated e25-e30 fuel. It runs strong but I know dam well it's not making full power. So I did some research, will this adaption reset help me out? And is the follow up STil the same? (having to hold the gas for 30 secs)
Refernce thread http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=841784 Can anyone confirm? Please do lmk Thanks Last edited by Jmore92; 01-12-2018 at 03:18 PM.. |

Not likely an adaption reset will fix anything. If you need tuning help post a JB4 log here or to the N54tech support forum, and they can help you sort out what the problem is.

https://datazap.me/u/jmore92/log-1515787903 Does this seem right, I honestly don't know what to look for. Here's the current mods . Jb4 with backend flash . 7" vrsf HD intercooler . Stock modded intake box . Chargepipe pipe with tial bov . E25-30 fuel roughly calculated . Stock downpipe and exhaust Last edited by Jmore92; 01-12-2018 at 03:17 PM.. |

your lpfp is stuggling... maybe too much e85 for the fuel pump. Either upgrade fuel pump or back off on the e85.
You probably use to the power now lol. put some downpipes in. |

Yes I kinda figured just a hair to much e85. Next mod is definitely a stage 2 pump, was looking a stage 1 in line pump, but considering I don't know the health of my current pump it's more ethical just to upgrade to a new pump al together with room to grow.
Next goal is to run map 7 on the new pump and hit the Track Downpipes I'm not certain just yet, it a hassle to swap out for smog and I was going for a subtle stealthy build, current mods on the car are easily reversable so that's y i was double guessing the Downpipes. |

Downpipes make a big difference, you only need to swap em out every 2 years. lol
Upgrade the fuel pump then you can run more e85!!!
