What Racing Wheel to get
Just started playing Forza 7 and I'd like to get a racing rig going piece by piece. First thing is a wheel. The Logitech G920 seems to be the most popular one on Amazon and the price is right. Anyone else have any recommendations?

I've been through a few in my simracing career. (if you can call it that) MS Sidewinder, Logitech G27, Thrustmaster, and finally a Fanatec CSW v2. If you have the funds a Fanatec is fine, or a Thrustmaster. If Fanatec comes out with a Direct Drive wheel, I'll be all over it.

I personally use a Logitech G920. Not the best or most expensive, but if you're not planning on being a pro sim racer it works and does the job IMO.
If you've got a shed load of cash in your pocket, Fanatec or Thrustmaster is the place to go. |

Got a really good deal on G920 with shifter kit and an Open wheeler seat last November. Was a huge improvement to the controller on FM7, but after getting hooked on project cars 2, it started feeling very unnatural on FM7, needless to say, I got rid of FM7.

I ordered the Logitech G920. Seems to be the best for a modest budget. I can always sell it if I decide to step up. I'm skeptical of the Open Wheeler however. I don't like that bar that goes between the legs. It seems to be less stable and intrusive than the double bar setups.
