Anyone like the smell of Zaino Z9 & Z10? I think it smells like crap.

I finally bought some and it doesn't really have a scent that I like. I have some old Turtle Wax interior cleaner and it smells exactly like it. I think I'll try some CG stuff.

Luckily I only applied some to the arm rest otherwise my new car smell would be mixed with crappy smelling Z10.

I don't like sniffing it out of the bottle but after deatiling my 06, it made the interior smell heavenly for some time. I had some zymol stuff one that smelled similar but not as good as z-9 or z-10

It's all subjective obviously, I've used quite a few leather cleaner/protection products and to me Zaino Z9/Z10 smells the best. It also leaves the leather feeling really soft, although I don't think it last very long, and it doesn't leave that greasy/waxy feeling on the leather.

I do like the touch of the leather after using it ... especially on M leather. Just not the smell.

yes it's ok. but why would you want to waste it on "fake leather". You would be better off using something lile 303 protectant.

I've yet to meet a client that doesn't love the smell. To each their own I guess.

When i first smelled Z10 out of the bottle, i did not understand wtf people were talking about. i thought it smelled disgusting. But when i finally applied it to my car, i was amazed. The name really does say it all. Leather in a bottle, thats exactly what it smells like. FWIW, the BMW leather care kit smells exactly the same. The scent is not as strong but its essentially the same smell just a bit lighter.

That's good to know about the BMW car care kit. Now I don't have to buy it. I just bought the CG leather care stuff to see if I like it better.

Wow I was really surprised at the title of this poll. Every person that's been in my car says the interior & leather smells fantastic. Just another example of how opinions vary on here...

I use it as cologne. Actually, I don't like the smell as much as others do, but I don't think it smells like ass either. I prefer the smell of the original leather over it. The smell goes away after a few days anyway which is fine by me.
