Help with replacing H8 Halo/Angel bulb

I ordered the briht white H8 bulbs from Bimmian and I can't get them to fit/seat properly. They are loose, but when I put in the oem bulbs, they fit perfectly...fustrating!...Help!

I dunno...try to make sure they are screwed in straight, and make sure they are locked in place.
