330d engine options

Hi All

Just looking for some advice/opinions on what to do with my 330d 231 e90.

Spent last 3 years bringing it up to spec but i am now at a stage where the stem seals are smoking on start up/idle/pulling away.
I may do a head fix and leave alone although i toying with taking engine out, refurbing and turning the power up with a hybrid....
The way i see it is i would need to find another 6-7k to buy a 335d, with miles and probably quite basic mod spec. Or i could spend 3-4k refurbing my engine, adding a hybrid turbo, 535d injectors, hpfp and custom tune and possibly fitting a 335d box (if it fits) to handle the extra torque... my car spec is pretty good already with wagner fmic, dpf / egr delete, custom 2.5 exhaust system, progressive meth, stage 2 remap....
Is it possible to make 400bhp with custom build? Thoughts....

Are you positive it’s the valve stem seals? Could be the valvecover gasket
