034 subframe bushing inserts

I know there fairly new but has anyone tried them? Looks like their more solid than the Powerflex black race inserts. Thinking about trying them out. Thoughts?

Just search on Google for images from other types of subframe mounts inserts.

Yes, short and pricey. You can get proper bushings for same money.

Doubt there's much to gain from being any stiffer than the powerflex black. They're already solid, and you're still left with the rubber bushing. Either way you have an end result similar to having the M3 bushings (if they fill the gaps completely) because the rest of the bushing material you have in there is rubber.

I'd say save the money and get the poly ones, otherwise just get full bushings for maximum stiffness - powerflex black or AKG race (the red ones).

Get Turner aluminium bushings if money is no object. IMO though you'd gain nothing from that over hard poly bushes as they already allow virtually no flex, besides making installation even harder if you enjoy a challenge.

Yeah I made up my mind and I'm going with AMG red for subframe now I'm wondering if I should upgrade my diff bushings but don't know if I want to deal with nvh maybe I'll just add a diff brace.. I have MMP stage 3 turbos hopefully that will be enough to keep the rear end in check

AKG red + a simple diff brace is what I have. I feel and hear a slightly stronger kick from the DCT trans when downshifting sometimes but that's about it. I'd recommend it.

I assume you are referring to the kit. I call both diff lockdowns as they essentially do the same. Application would vary depending on Vehicle mods and intended use I would imagine.

Yes I bought the brace from him. I like it over the others I've seen for one reason - no welds. A single piece of metal that looks like it would flex rather than snap under stress.
