Stock Sport Suspension: shocks, struts, or springs
Aftermarket: shocks, struts, or springs
Cup Kits
Or Coilovers: Street over track. Not trying to lower the car and would be fine with the closest to stock height and comfort

Just realized I didn't specify vehicle. I now drive a 335i but I've seen somewhere I think ECS showing some kits compatible with several cars 1series and 3 series. Would this be different? I have to look again

Kits would be different, but the 335i is our meat and potatos...
