HELP!! Cylinder 4 5 6 Misfire with 29D9 Error Code

I recently did alot of work of this 2008 335i Sedan:

- Oil filter housing gasket and oil cooler gasket
- Valve Cleaning
- Water pump, thermostat and several hoses
- Coils and Plugs (Eldor Coils, Stock Bosch plugs)

I had the battery disconnected for several days, not sure if that's important, but one issue that did happen is that I forgot to plug in the throttle body when I started the car for the first time. It was surging, so I stopped it immediately, looked under the hood and found the throttle not plugged in. So I plugged it in and started it up. It ran ok, but the idle was high, then after a minute or so, it started running rough and the engine light came on. I cleared the codes, tried it again and the same thing happened again.

I realize I sound like a moron right about now, but please know that the day I started this and got everything apart, a pipe rupture in my home and flooded everything, so I've been dealing with that and trying to get this car done as soon as possible, so I've been sleeping very little and losing my mind alot.

Please help, I will appreciate all advice here.

Thank you in advance!

I figured it out, I didn't have the hose connected to the throttle body either. I did it late last night and was out of my head tired

Sorry for the delay. I didn't see your message and probably only logged in because of a part in the classifieds section. The problem was that I switch my O2 sensor connections on the top of the engine. You probably already figured out your problem, but in case you haven't, try this.
