Hi Guys,

For sale is my 2008 E92 335i. My 335i is Space Gray on black leather with burl walnut trim. I would love to keep this car, but I just purchased an M5 and I need to make room in the garage.

The Details

My 335i has been my daily driver for the past 7 years. I am the second owner of this car. I purchased it as a CPO from Beverly Hills BMW in February of 2011. At the time of purchase, the car had 17,500 miles. The car has been my daily driver since purchase and it currently has 90,300 miles. This is a low mileage car for its age with an average of about 9,500 miles per year.

My 335i comes with the following factory options:

• Sports Package
• Premium Package
• Navigation
• Logic7
• Comfort Access
• Heated Front Seats

My 335i is also tastefully modded. My goal was an OEM+ look, which I think I achieved. The mods currently installed are:

• Apex EC-7 Wheels in 18x9 +31 all around (square setup) with 255/35/18 Continental ExtremeContact DW tires
• Koni Yellow Shocks & H&R Sport Springs (shocks and springs were installed at ~20,000 miles)
• Dinan Fixed Camber Plates
• OEM M3 Front Control Arms/Wishbones/Tension Rods (stock components will also be included)
• VRSF 7" FMIC
• Alpina TCU Flash

The Good

• The motor and transmission are very strong. The car still pulls like it did when I purchased it. It starts up without issue and has been very reliable. Small things have come up through the years, but all of the issues have been sorted out.
  
• The exterior is extremely clean with very good paint and no dings/dents. There are some minor exterior issues that will be mentioned below.
  
• The interior is extremely clean. The front seats look like they belong in a 15,000-mile car and the rear seats have been used once, maybe twice. There are no cracks in the leather/dash/trim and I am a non-smoker. All buttons and switches work without issue.
  
• The rear tires were just replaced (4/2/2018) with a brand new pair of Continental ExtremeContact Sport tires.
  
• Extensive service history with paperwork and receipts. While the car was under the CPO warranty, it was serviced almost exclusively by my local dealership (Steve Thomas BMW). Once the warranty expired, the car has been serviced exclusively at Concours Motors in Ventura, CA.

The Not So Good

The good news is that there is nothing really wrong with the car. Most of the issues are cosmetic. In the interest of full disclosure, I am going to list everything that I can think of that is wrong with the car or something that I believe should be addressed.

• The front bumper has some scrapes on the bottom and some small rock chips from daily driving. One of the lower grills is broken. I have a new set (3) of lower grills that I will include. The hood also has a couple of small rock chips. The side skirts also have some scraps and chips from road debris. Since the side skirts are so low, you cannot see the damage unless you bend down and look. If you're very picky, I'd suggest having them painted.
  
• There are a few interior plastic trim pieces that are peeling (the driver's door handle and steering wheel trim). This is a common issue and can easily be fixed.
  
• The driver's floor mat is becoming worn and should be replaced.
  
• I experience some minor rubbing on the passenger front wheel. I believe this is simply an alignment issue that can easily be taken care of.
  
• The front tires are fine for now, but should probably be replaced in a few thousand miles.

Price and Location

I am asking $10,000, including all mods and also a set of OEM style 189 wheels (18x8.5 all around). I am located in Ventura County, CA and prefer a local sale, but I am willing to ship the car at the buyer's expense. If you'd like to see the car in person and take it for a test drive, just let me know. Serious buyers only, please! No tire kickers!
