Every car manufacturer has recalls, so in that sense this is no big deal.

But Tesla doesn't have a dealer network to pick up the slack, and thinly covers the U.S. with service centers, making a recall a very big deal for it. Will it have to take some of its workers off the already molasses slow assembly line to deal with this?

Recalls are never good news. Are they worse news for Tesla?

Perhaps the moral of the story is -- if you're going to start a car company, make sure it's a car company. Right now Tesla is still a cult.

Actually yes. There are cash flow concerns along with major model three production problems. It's sink or swim time in Fremont
