No connection to transmission after reinstall (N54)

Reinstalled my transmission after diagnosing multiple issues within the gearbox/valve body. I am trying to reset/activate the transmission through INPA however whenever I try to select the DS19 option from the E89 chassis (or auto from E90 chassis), I receive the IFH-0009 error code : "NO RESPONSE FROM CONTROL UNIT" .

Usually, this refers to a non-functional DCAN cable, however I get full access to every other option in INPA (cable and ignition are detected). In addition, I can access all functions of MHD normally, however I can not even connect to the car using xHP which I was going to use to check the transmission codes.

I am using INPA 5.0.6 with all updated daten files.

I am using a certified DCAN cable that is INPA compatible.

Any advice is appreciated, I am dead in the water at this state.

I had something similar happen when I bent a pin on the wiring connector to the transmission. The pin easily bent back straight. You can check it out with a mirror and flashlight.
