Hi Guys,

I'm having trouble connecting my new Carly Adaptor (Android) to E90 2008 320i. Long story short Carly said send it back for replacement but if it was bought locally send it back to Australian shop. No probs, so I've checked au website no contact info, I've emailed Carly in Germany to ask for address twice in 2 week's without reply.

Their customer service is crap. Can anyone tell me the Carly Australian address or contact info. Right now I feel like I've been robbed of $200 including pro app and can't get hold of the seller to resolve the issues they just don't respond.

I hope it's a good product?

Did not know they sold in Aus shops

When I bought mine the local Varly agent sent me an email with the tracking details, did you not get that?

Carly Europe have responded to me quickly, plus I keep on getting emails from them making sure that I am still happy.
