Yes. I looked up your VIN online and it shows that you have a N52 with 217HP, so you only have the 1-stage manifold.

I recommend searching on e90post to learn more about the advantages of this manifold.

1 manifold is sold. Manifold #2 is still available. Just realized that one of the metal inserts for the main manifold bolts fell out of the manifold and I cannot find it in the garage, so you'll have to swap in one of your existing manifold. You can see which one fell out in the above pictures. I'll knock the price down to $325 shipped for the inconvenience.

There's more to it than this. See single port vs double port CCV systems. Caveat emptor.
