Most people will just brush this off as a tech-related error, but I wouldn't be so quick to dismiss some shady business going on here. Bimmerpost = 10 letters. Moscow = 6. The difference is four, divided by 2 (one half) gives you 2. One half of 2 is 1, rearranged, is 12 - the exact number of hours Bimmerpost was offline. 12 is also the day in June that Russia celebrates Russia Day.
