335xi Ball Joint Bolt Torque

Does anyone know the required torque spec for the two bolts that attach the ball joint to the front spindle on my XI? Can't seem to find it online or in the Bentley. Thanks!

Im talking about the two smaller torx head bolts that bolt the ball joint to the spindle. The ball joint is slightly different on an XI meaning its not attached to the thrust arm.

Those are M10 class 10.9. "Guide joint to swivel bearing" 60NM & recut threads. I couldn't get my tap in both holes but chasing the threads does help.

Poor design and execution. Very small bolts into a cast iron upright. I had one recently that was butchered by previous tech and rusted too so ended up using a loger bolt with nut. I really don't understand why everything on the xDrive is iron instead of aluminum?

Need a good air hammer. I don't think I could have got them any other way.

Yes, air chisel (hammer) is the only way.
