2006 BMW E90 cranks but no start issue
hello everyone I am Alex new to the forum world. My E90 will not start at all.
you can sit there all day and crank away and will not start. Facts: the tachometer moves from 0 when cranking, when i crank the car it smells like fuel i can hear the fuel pump start inside the car. brand new mass air flow sensor, new spark plugs. before this issues i had replace the valve cover gasket seal and on the same day took out the intake manifold out to replace the hole ccv system. I also replace the fuse box on the glove compartment. I went over it several times and made sure all is back connected the way it was. Please can some one help me, I dont know what ease to do. Im in FT Stewart, GA in case anyone is close by. thank you |

Do you have a BMW compatible scanner.
Because most generic scanners won't tell you the whole story on a BMW. Did you allow the valvetronic motor to reset before trying to start. suggest getting the bimmergeeks.com cable and Inpa suite and Ista D/P free downloads with the cable. Last edited by ctuna; 04-24-2018 at 01:16 AM.. |
