rear tire sizing question - will this cause any damage if driven < 10 miles

I was switching over to from my winter tires/rims to my summer tires/rims today. However, I can't for the life of me remove three lug nuts on one of the rear winter tires - not even with my electric impact wrench!

My winter tire/rims are a square set up with 225/45/17 tires.

My summer tires/rims are a staggered OEM setup that has 255/35/18 tires in the rear.

I calculated the same diameter between the two rear tires (winter and summer). They are both 25 inches in diameter.

My question - will I do any damage to my drivetrain if I drive 5 miles to a tire dealer to have them change that last tire with the stuck lug bolts? I think the answer is "no" since the two tires are the same diameter but wanted to be triply sure!

Appreciate a few folks to chime in on this. Thanks
