Fill trim for paddle cutouts on steering wheel?
I wonder whether there are any trim pieces that would fill the paddle cutouts on a steering wheel.
I am looking for an M-sport wheel for my 328i and I came across a couple of M3 wheels, but they have paddles and my car is a manual. I think I can just remove the paddles and use the wheel as is, correct? But I wonder if there are some factory trim pieces that would cover the cutouts. Thanks. |

The only cover I can think of is if the m3 steering wheel you buy comes complete with the paddle shifters then you can take them apart and remove the paddles and remount the module only back on the steering wheel. Have you searched Ebay for m3 steering wheels? I seem to come across ones for manual cars more than the dct version and it's usually cheaper too.

Thanks guys. Interestingly enough, I come across DCT versions that are cheaper, hence my question.
Maybe I'll just wait for one that's from a manual M3. Is it true that M3 wheels never came heated? It will losing the heat, but sacrifices must be made for ///M. |
