One dim angel eye

The outer angel eye on the drivers side of my car barley lights up. On the passenger side both rings look bright as they should, but the outer drivers side ring is extremely dim. This was a problem with the oem halogen bulb and the new led bulb I just put in, so is not a bulb issue.

From what iv'e read, it seems that the glass piece on the angel eye had shifted therefor not letting the light to properly pass through.

Does anyone have experience in fixing this?

Thanks!

First i would recommend stepping back from the car at least 30 feet to see if the rings look normal then. The outer ring will always look like this when you are up close due to its physical shape

Yea take a look from a further distance, 30ft minimum, I tell people 50 feet now. These are really to be viewed for oncoming traffic at a long distance.

If you still can't see it, you may have a damaged fiber optic tube. (which can be inspected visually).

Thanks for the info, and trying to help out.

Below are pictures from about 20ft away zoomed in. The first picture is the passenger side, and the second is the drivers (the side with the dim halo).

Thank you for the information, however even at far distances the one halo barley looks lit. I attached pictures in my above post.
