Single turbo wastegate pressure
Just got a 335i with a single turbo that i fixed up. car runs great but doesnt hit more than 5 psi. the wastegate springs are at 13 psi. No codes come up, other than O2 sensor and oil level sensor. Can the O2 cause this? im pretty sure the car should run at 13 psi if the solenoid isnt connected

If everything is working as it should, I would look at the tune. If your flash only will need boostbox and if jb4 should have the correct firmware loaded. If not running either would explain not hitting target.
