In great condition, include all the necessary pieces below, except the rectangurings. Buy a set of rectangurings, throw them on these and call it a day.
This is a great all inclusive package to get started on this job if you're having VANOS issues!

Side note; if you're having issues, the exhaust side is usually the culprit for being worn down.
