Persistant codes after CBU cleaning

Gents, this past weekend I did the CBU cleaning, which went well and I removed a ton of carbon from my car. I had a shudder, which cleared up after resetting the MAF and mean volume fuel adaptations. Now, I have some codes that popped up and need some help before I go buying parts:

-4596 Smooth Running Controller, cylinder 3
- DDE Misfire Detection, cylinder 3
- 4D16 SCR system efficiency

My thought are that the #3 injector is bad and also causing the 4D16 SCR efficiency code. Its weird that the car runs silky smooth and my average fuel mileage went from 29.7 to 33.1mpg after the CBU clean. Wouldn't you feel a misfire or hear it?
Nevertheless, I've cleared the codes, but with this dang car, I fully expect the codes to return after a day or two of driving. This car is super frustrating that it won't seem to take a fix.... I know you all can relate.. Thanks in advance for the help, advice, and sympathy

I just noticed that my Foxwell scanner had '/not present' at the end of each code that it showed. I drove the car this morning to work and no codes as of yet to trigger the SES light. Any ideas on what happened here? Here's a picture of the screen on the Foxwell tool: https://photos.app.goo.gl/xYiOjw5qCWWnUKN42

UPDATE: after running some 'Hot Shot's Secret Extreme' Diesel injector cleaner (I know I know, snake oil you may say, but there is a noticeable difference after running it.) Two of the three codes have disappeared! Yay, no need to change an injector after all! There is only one lone code left , (see link for picture). I believe this is related to the NOX sensors, which are still under warranty since my car has 106k on it and the warranty goes until 120k from BMW. I'll be making an appointment to claim my free parts and installation shortly.

Yep. HSDE is some good stuff. Definately worthwhile to use this before throwing new parts at the problem.

Reset the increment wheel adaptation? BMW has a bulletin out about doing that after CBU. My car is in the shop and they are having trouble getting my car to take the latest software before running the adaptation. Hoping I get resolution soon.
