Help!! - Error Code
Hey guys
Hoping you can help, Was driving on the way home last night and the engine light came up with the red hoist symbol, all my dash lights, interior lights indicators and windows are not working when scanning the car using MHD, it came up with the code CDAB - Message error (lamp condition, 0x21a), DME Receiver, FRM/ldm/lm transmitter. Lucky I was close to home but just couldn't see what speed I was doing. Mind you I think I need a new battery as I have been having problems with the initial start and normal battery symptoms. Could someone please help? Thanks

Yep multiple codes out of the blue is typically due to a dying battery
Hopefully this is the cause because there are heaps on more expensive things it could be  |

Indicators and windows not working = FRM module is dead
I had the same thing |

FRM you can just buy a used off ebay for under $200 and code it to your car. Pretty easy to changeover.
