i wanted to buy a E92 328xi, the car was imported from USA in Germany. i was about to go in Germany with 25k euros in my pocket after this car. The fking turkie piece of shit dealer said to me at phone the car is like brand new,perfect condition and accident free,only the front bumper was repainted because of some scratches wich occured due parkings. I bought a carfax account to check the VIN ( WBAWV53517P076647) and after carfax records, the car was totaly damaged in a accident,frontal impact.

i just checked the car for you and apparently your incident was not reported.

I have the local toyota dealer interested in the car, but they said in order for them to re-sell it as Certified it must show clean on Carfax. I have till the end of the month to sell it, so I may offer it to the general public first. It only has 31k on it, and comes with a 100,000 mile transferable warranty.

Agreed. I've personally known a couple of cars that had both body and suspension damage, but they weren't reported by Carfax. And Carfax doesn't tell you if an owner's abused the car, had regular oil changes, etc.
