FS: 335i N54 Akrapovic Titanium Exhaust
Selling my beloved Akrapovic full titanium axle back exhaust for a 335i N54. It's super light compared to the stock exhaust and sounds amazing, especially with a secondary cat delete. Super clean and crisp. Used for about 15,000 KM. I paid $4400 CAD with taxes and import fees in.
Asking $2000 CAD. Vancouver area, but willing to ship at buyers expense. I'm open to offers, but I'll be ignoring low balls. (Selling because I’m doing a custom titanium straight pipe) Last edited by jakkuh; 07-06-2018 at 04:58 PM.. |

Odd because the used to be famous for building out cars I thought? Haven't been there for a few years now. They charged me a reasonable amount of hours for what I had done. If they weren't into Doing the aftermarket stuff, I could have seen them charging a premium to discourage people. Maybe that's what it's like now. I know the one thing that was a bit odd at the time were all the older BMW's there. Nothing current in the shop. |

In regards to aftermarket parts, they offer a warranty on their service all shops do, but they're not going to want to offer that on a aftermarket part they have no experience with. I definitely understand the LSD thing as well, as NONE of the regular shops around here will do it. It's a very complicated job, that has to be done perfectly to prevent issues, so you would want to stick to a shop that specializes in transmissions and differentials for work like that. They WILL however install a full pumpkin if that's something you're interested in. Basically, the optics are bad if they are to associate their work with parts that are sub-par quality and/or end up failing prematurely. It costs them money and can cause reputation damage. |
