CA keys semi working (any fix)?

Hi everyone,

Have a 08 335i e93 with comfort access and for some reason, ever since owning the car, the keys have acted really finicky when trying to start the car, lock, unlock, etc. I mean all of these features work, I just have really keep pressing a few times, or really have the keys near the door handle or near the steering wheel to work.

Took it into the dealer, and the SA did some test. They said they reset the ca module or did some type of programming (no luck), Said the ca module is working, replaced the batteries inside both keys, and still same result. It's not covered under warranty, and they told me the keys could be the culprit (a near $400-500 cost per key).

Any advice, or should I just enjoy the car, and say hell to getting a new one? Thanks in advance!
